Inside Out Thinking

Although we may be ‘working from home’ and be physically inside-the-box, it does at least give us time to do some thinking outside-the-box.

One of the positive outcomes of self-isolation has been the time it has given us to reflect. Time to consider and re-consider – what’s important, what we value, the way we live, work, meet and communicate.

The new normal will be different. It can be a New Better.

Working-from-home will become an accepted practice, the desire to travel will reduce, servicing customers online will continue to expand, networking online to share ideas and experiences will grow and our appreciation of human connections and face-to-face meetings will strengthen.

The new better will be digitally empowered. And it will require out-of-the-box thinking to ensure that it is supported by and not driven by technology.

How we communicate to and with teams across different regions will be different; virtual, VR and hybrid broadcast technology will enable, but it is your message and the creative format that will be what engages and inspires your audience.

Be open minded, embrace new challenges and think outside-the-box.
