A national Leadership Meeting held across 5 states with a live audiences in each. All sites are linked with two way vision and audio. The event including a series of breakout workshop that are held at state levels.

LOCATION: Hotel and internal venues (including lunch and post event drinks)


Melb:50, Syd:50, Bris:30, Adel:15, Perth:20. Plus 20 more on live Zoom links.



FORMAT: 

- Arrival & safety checks. 10am (8am Perth, 9:30 Adel)



- Open addresses: 10:30am - 12:30pm EST (8:30-10:30am Perth)



- Lunch: 12:30-1:30pm (10:30 coffee and local customer focus chat session)



- Breakout sessions x 3 (by State groups): 1:30pm-4:30pm (Perth 11:30-2:30)

Facilitator, at the host site, sets up a series of topics and then each group holds local state discussions.
In the last 30 mins, delegates revert to facilitator for state-by-state reports.

NOTE: Perth wil have a working lunch during the sessions.



- Closing addresses: 4:30pm - 5:30pm EST (3:30am Perth)
